Senior Network and Security Consultant
In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine technical work with leadership and coordination in an international environment.
Your main responsibilities:
Your responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of network solutions with a focus on Aruba environments.
- Use your basic knowledge of Aruba to contribute to projects involving the design, operation and further development of networks.
- Participate in troubleshooting, monitoring and optimization of network services.
- Collaborate with project teams and customers to ensure stable and secure network solutions.
Team leader for offshore consultants:
- Manage a team of four offshore consultants.
- Guide, hold weekly meetings and support their daily work.
- Be the link between consultants and internal organizations and global contacts.
- Ensure quality and progress in varied projects and assignments.
Cohesive resource
- In recent years, the role has evolved to act largely as a coordinator and unifying force.
- Less focus on operational technical work in networks, and more responsibility for communication, structure and delivery in projects.
Your skills and experience
We are looking for people who have:
- At least 5 years of experience as a network and/or IT security consultant.
- Basic knowledge of network technology and WiFi.
- Experience in leading teams, preferably with an international connection.
- Good communication skills, both in Swedish and English.
- The ability to combine technical understanding with structure, coordination and customer focus.
